Hi, I’m Amelia, an experienced tutor specialising in HSC English, essay writing, and humanities subjects. I work with students in Years 7–12 to build strong academic skills, effective study routines, and exam confidence to support them through the high-pressure senior years.
HSC Tutors Online was created to offer high-quality, personalised tutoring that goes beyond content coverage. My approach focuses on helping students feel capable, organised, and supported, so they can perform at their best without feeling overwhelmed.

WHAT MAKES MY APPROACH DIFFERENT

- I have personal experience with achieving high marks in the HSC and higher education, achieving 97.3 ATAR with Band 6 results across humanities subjects as well as consistent HDs in my Arts Degree at ANU.
- 5+ years of tutoring experience

HOW TUTORING WORKS
Sessions are delivered online via Microsoft Teams and are tailored to each student’s individual needs. Lessons typically include:
- Content clarification and extension
- Essay planning, writing, and feedback
- Exam preparation and study skills
- Study planning, organisation, and routine building
TUTORING FEES
Online tutoring is offered at $70 per hour.
Sessions are tailored to each student to support their individual academic needs whilst implementing organisation to improve wellbeing. Sessions include: the establishment of foundational skills to support higher learning, exam strategies and preparation, assessment help and planning, organisational skills alongside content coverage and expansion.
Many families choose twice weekly 90 minute sessions to allow time for skill development and steady progress, particularly during senior school.
Tutoring is delivered online and availability is limited.
Payment is required at the time of booking. 24 hours notice is required for cancellations.
